“We recently tried a batch of Optimist Drinks’ distilled botanical spirits...and we fell in love.”

“Optimist makes distilled botanical spirits that are referential and familiar but wholly unique when it comes to flavor composition... deeply nuanced and very sippable...”

“...we're so thrilled that Optimist Drinks exists. This collection of three sugar- and alcohol-free botanical spirits is created in – and inspired by – Los Angeles…[and] directing two percent of sales to providing youth mental health services. All the more reason to have a drink or two!”

“[Smokey] - it’s surprisingly deep, slightly bitter, and like its name implies, has that woodsy, burning smell you associate with the agave-based spirit.”

“Local hero: Inspired by the canyons, oceans and deserts of Southern California… drinks like a gin, vodka or tequila but… with absolutely no alcohol.”

“…for those who want still to participate in the “social ritual” of gathering for a drink but want to skip the booze.”

“Looking for something that reminds you of walking through a herb garden? Try Optimist Fresh. …smooth and refreshing…”

“Their Smokey iteration… replicate[s] the experience of sipping an ultra-smooth, subtle mezcal… mixing equal parts proves even more pleasant on the palate.”

“The flavors are very elegant, complex and interesting. You’re really able to pick apart the various ingredients in a way we haven’t seen in other non-alcoholic spirits.”
