SMOKEY THE MULE
  • 1 ½ oz OPTIMIST Smokey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz passionfruit syrup
  • 1 - 2 dashes Firewater tincture
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 2 oz Hibiscus Ginger Beer
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Muddle syrup in shaker with 3 cucumber slices. Add Smokey, lemon juice, tincture & ice to the shaker. Strain into glass filled and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with candied ginger, cucumber and cayenne pepper.
