A delicious and Bright take on the Pisco Spiced Pear Tropical.
- 1 ½ oz OPTIMIST Bright
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- ½ oz Spiced Pear Liqueur
- 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Add all ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake & strain into a chilled coupe.
Optional: Top with Passion Fruit Foam.
