A Smokey low-proof option.

• 2 oz OPTIMIST Smokey
• ½ oz lime juice
• ½ oz Tamarind Cane Vinegar Cordial
• ½ oz Bénédictine
• ½ oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
