- 1 ½ oz OPTIMIST Bright
- ½ oz Falernum Syrup
- 1 oz fresh Pineapple Juice
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- Mint
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and add in all the ingredients except for the mint. Put a bar spoon into the drink and swizzle until the glass is frosty.
Garnish with mint and top with crushed ice.
