This cocktail is both beautiful and delicate with a subtle complexity from the botanicals of Bright and the Tokyo Tomato vinegar.
- 1 ½ oz OPTIMIST Bright
- 1 ½ oz tomato juice
- 1 oz peach juice
- ½ tsp Cocktail Vinegar
- 8 - 10 drops Salt & Pepper Saline
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
